Patients are fully responsible for their own behaviour and actions outside of Safari Dental, including at hotels, private accommodations, public areas, or during personal activities.

Any behaviour that may disturb the environment, hotel policies, other guests, or public order is entirely the responsibility of the patient. In the event of any issues involving hotel management, hotel security, local authorities, or police, the patient will be personally responsible for the situation and any resulting consequences.

Patients are expected to attend all appointments and treatment sessions on time and in suitable condition for treatment.

Alcohol consumption before treatment appointments should be avoided. This is especially important for patients receiving sedation or anaesthesia treatments.

Patients undergoing sedation or anaesthesia must strictly follow the preparation instructions provided by their consultant, including avoiding food, alcohol, or drinks outside the permitted hours. These instructions are extremely important for patient safety and the success of the treatment process.

For safety and security reasons, patients should only communicate with and use transportation officially arranged by Safari Dental.

Patients should not enter vehicles, accept assistance, or communicate with unknown individuals before identifying the official welcome team or authorised transfer driver.

Patients are required to bring their passport, ID card, and any documents containing identity information with them on the day of their clinic appointment.

Failure to provide valid identification documents may affect the treatment and registration process.

Patients should not make any payments to individuals, drivers, third parties, or outside locations on behalf of Safari Dental.

All payments must be completed directly at the clinic on the official appointment day. Patients should only pay the amount confirmed and agreed by the clinic prior to treatment.

Safari Dental is not responsible for any unauthorised payments made outside the clinic premises.
