Often described as one of the most surreal landscapes in Turkey, Pamukkale is a series of white calcium terraces formed by mineral-rich thermal water flowing down the hillside. Above the travertines sits Hierapolis, a remarkably preserved Greco-Roman city. The site sits roughly three hours from Antalya, so we arrange this as an overnight private tour. Walk barefoot across the warm terraces in the morning light. Stay one night nearby. Return the next day.
